A new year often brings new goals; it is a time for starting out on a new path, even if it’s just one step at a time. Many people want to live healthier, eco-friendly lives but don’t know where to start. Or don’t have the time to find out what they should do. There is a lot of information out there and with our busy lives who has time to look through it all?
ME!
That’s right, consider me your personal healthy living assistant! I’m going to share some simple tips that you can implement in your busy family’s life; tips that will help get you on track to live a healthier, eco-friendly life.
I am going to cover many areas of healthy living:
- Learn what foods and food ingredients to avoid (and learn healthy alternatives).
- Learn non-toxic ways to clean your house, clothes, and body.
- Learn simple things you can do to protect our environment.
- Learn about natural health and wellness options.
My goal is to provide simple tips (maybe monthly) that you can incorporate into your life. As we all know, if you want to make changes permanent, they key is to change slowly. Try one new thing in your life and make it a habit. Then add another. Before you know it, you have made major steps toward a healthier life for you and your entire family!
